Our International Distributors from the Export region attended the Comprehensive Product training conducted in Pullman City Center Hotel, Dubai on 24th and 25th of April.
The training covered a variety of topics including technical fundamentals, installation basics, configuration, maintenance, as well as the installation and operation of the System Organizer software. Participants had hands-on practice on the systems.
Technicians from the Distributors of United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and India had participated. This training provided a valuable opportunity for personal interaction and exchange of experiences.
The Distributors informed us their customers are impressed by the quality of our products and the easy installation and configuration options. The training course, which was specially prepared for our Export Region Distributors provided answers to all their questions and was well received.
Overall, the customer training in Dubai was a complete success and helped to further strengthen the relationship with our customers. We are already looking forward to future training courses and projects!
